Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you would like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive your item(s) within our guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing time) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or reshipment. If you do not want the item you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your item for the same item, perhaps a different size in clothing, please contact us first at and we will guide you through the process. Please do not send your item back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
